The Hereford has long been an icon. Large framed, red bodies with their trademark white faces, Herefords populate cattle pastures the world over. We believe in this outstanding breed of beef cattle—in its resilience and its superiority. To ensure the integrity and quality of the beef, our cattle are 100% pasture-fed. The cattle typically graze the tops of the plants allowing the plants to re-grow quickly and healthy. They leave behind healthy, naturally fertilized plants. We never use hormones, antibiotics, or anything artificial. All of this adds up to a product that is extremely lean, healthy, and delicious. You be the judge!
